Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Bowen Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bowenbeauty.com with your order number and photos of the package so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. Bowen Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of our all-natural, handcrafted skincare products, Bowen Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges.
Because we do not offer returns or exchanges, refunds are not provided.
All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients before placing your order.
